Hello Penguins!

All week the hot topic is Halloween – and from the stormy sky to the cob-webbed igloos, there’s a lot spooky stuff all over the island! Last week we asked what you were most excited about and here’s what Gems I Need had to say:

I am most excited for seeing all the costumes on the night of Halloween. I like seeing all the crazy combinations like a ladybug and a wizard, or a very silly looking ghost. I also like the yearly (I think) candy hunt. The prizes are very cool.

Some of you have been at the Ninja Hideout and noticed the Volcano’s getting pretty active. What do you think’s going on?

Hello Penguins!

The big 4th Anniversary celebration’s almost here and we’d love if everyone would join the party this Saturday, October 24! Last week we asked about your favorite event from last year. Danjot1 said:

My favorite thing was definately the quest at the mideval party, who can forget that great solid gold armor, shields with the gleaming red jewel, and the gold helmet? And the shining pool of water in the last cavern and the most beautiful music… and the tree house! Oh I loved the dragon in the mine, me and my friends would stand beside it and before we would get hit by the fire we would wave our solid gold shields in the air and the dragon would be defeated! Those surely were some “knights” to remember!

blogpic.22.10.jpgWe heard from lots of you about how you like parties and getting ready for them.

As you know, the Anniversary celebration isn’t the only party’s that’s happening this month – The sky’s getting spooky and there’s definitely a ton of creativity happening with costumes and furniture! Halloween’s approaching fast and we wanna hear what you and your friends are getting most excited about…

Hello Penguins!

Last week you came through with some cool igloo decorating tips. Here’s one that we thought was pretty creative:

When I decorate my igloo, I like to “make” my own decorations out of smaller ones. For example, I make a graveyard out of tombstones and spider webs that takes up the whole igloo. When I finish decorating, I throw a party with my buddies and we have a costume contest or act out an old Halloween story. My advice is to keep your igloo designs original and to have fun doing it!

Thanks, Katerstone! The new furniture catalog’s out tomorrow, so grab some new spooky stuff and start decorating for Halloween!

By the way, Saturday, October 24 is Club Penguin’s 4th Anniversary Party and there’s gonna be a brand new Yearbook for you and your friends to check out. Coins for Change? Penguin Play Awards? Festival of Flight? So many things have happened this past year. We’d love to know what your favorite memory is.

Gnome Costume

Well I was too late, but there was a poll for a gnome costume.
Here are the results.
NOTICE: That penguin has the colour Grey/Gray!!!

Hello Penguins!

Last week we asked what you thought was the ultimate Halloween costume – and there were tons of great comments! Here’s what Deino told us:

My Favorite Holloween costume? hmmmmm? I think it would have to the skeleton costume. I just think skeletons are sooo cool! I think it’s cool how I can go around the island telling this joke I made up.” Hey, did you order some ribs? He he he he!” Waddle on CP and keep up the good work!

Thanks, Deino. We’re stoked that all the Halloween stuff will be out tomorrow in the new Penguin Style. I guarantee the Gift Shop’s gonna be busy!

Speaking of costumes, there were a LOT of votes for the November Stage Gnome costume. Overall, the most votes were for:

Very cool choice! And since costumes are on everyone’s mind, this week we want to hear what you think the most awesome costume EVER has been at the Stage.

It’s going to be sweet to see red, blue and green teams all over the island tomorrow when the new Sport catalog comes out! Last week we asked you to talk about your favorite sport on the island. Avril51 said:

I love playing ice hockey at the rink! It’s really fun playing it with my buddies. We are always on the red team, but the blue team rocks too! It’s also fun watching and cheering both teams on! Rock on CP!

Being on a team is cool. Can’t wait to see if any green teams get going….

Today in Club Penguin, if you look through the telescope you’ll see Rockhopper’s Migrator’s on its way. For this week’s Reviewed By You,
I’d love to know – What’s the most awesome thing you ever remember Rockhopper bringing?

Hello Penguins,

Got your director hats ready? You guys sent in some cool Underwater Adventure ideas last week when we asked what kind of sea stories you’d write about if you had the chance! Here’s one that the team really liked:

I would write about a mermaid that is looking for lost treasure and meets a fish and a squid who join her along the way. Then when they find the treasure chest they open it up and it is just filled with chocolate coins. The mermaid, the squid, and the fish learn the treasure that counts is friendship, and the story would end by the three friends eating the chocolate coins!

Thanks, Blackie487! Happy77 would really like that story… we hope you like the brand new Underwater Adventure play on Friday.

And speaking of brand new stuff, next week there’s a new Snow and Sport catalog being released. So we want to know… What’s the sport you like to play most with your buddies on the island?

Let us know in under 75 words!

Until then…Waddle on!

And here are two most fave comments.

Greetings Penguins!

Are you as excited as I am? Festival of Flight starts tomorrow. It’s going to be pretty amazing to have Club Penguin floating in the air.

Last week we asked you about your ideas for how you might help Gary lift the island. Lots of cool ideas came in. Here are some from Limeg6 who said:

There is a lot of ways we can help Gary. These are the ways I will be using! First I will blow up balloons with the Super Helium. Next I will use my propeller to lift Club Penguin off the ground! Then I will fill up hot air balloons. I would tie balloons around everything! I will tie a balloon to the Iceberg and everywhere!

Thanks! You’ll have to let us know tomorrow what you think about the solution Gary came up with…

The party will go from August 14 – 18 and then on the 20th (Friday) you’ll find a brand new, never before seen play at the Stage! It’s called Underwater Adventure…. This week, we’d really love to know: If you could write a script for an Underwater Adventure, what would it be about?

Let us know what you think of the Festival of Flight tomorrow…(and if you think the clouds look at all like cotton candy).

Until then…Waddle on!
